Is Bandroom free?
Yes, it’s free to use. You sign up with an email address.
Where can I use it?
In your browser today, at app.bandroom.ai. The new app for iPhone and Android arrives in November.
Can I switch between British and American note names?
Yes. Open Settings and use the Note names switch: British (crotchet, quaver) or American (quarter note, eighth note).
How do I turn off reminders, notifications or sound?
Open Settings. Sound effects, practice reminders and notifications each have their own switch. Press Save changes when you’re done.
I can’t log in.
Email us from the address you signed up with and tell us what you see. We’ll help you back in.
Can a child use Bandroom?
Yes. For younger learners, a parent, guardian or teacher should create and oversee the account. Our privacy policy explains how we look after children’s information.
I saw something on Confessions that shouldn’t be there.
Press Report on the note. Notes that are reported are taken out of the jar until we’ve looked at them. If it’s urgent, email us.
Delete your account
Leaving Bandroom
You can delete your Bandroom account at any time. This removes your account and your learning progress, and it can’t be undone.
In the app
- Tap Profile in the bar at the bottom.
- Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Can’t open the app?
Email support@bandroom.ai from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll delete it and write back to confirm.
