These terms cover your use of Bandroom — our website and our learning app. They are meant to be fair and readable, not a wall of fine print. Bandroom is an education product, and our intention is simple: to help you learn to read music, and to look after the people who use it.
What Bandroom is
Bandroom is a music-theory learning product. This site (www.bandroom.ai) introduces Bandroom, and the learning app lets you work through lessons and track your progress.
Your account
To use the learning app you create an account. You’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Please give us accurate information when you sign up, and keep it up to date.
For younger learners, an account should be created and supervised by a parent, guardian, or teacher — see our Privacy Policy for how we handle children’s information.
Using Bandroom fairly
We want Bandroom to be a good place to learn. In return, we ask that you use it honestly and lawfully — don’t misuse or try to break the service, don’t share your account in ways that harm others, and don’t use Bandroom in any way that damages other learners’ experience.
Our content
The Bandroom name, logo, mascot, lessons, writing, and design belong to us. You’re welcome to use them as intended within the app, but please don’t copy, resell, or reuse our content or branding as your own without permission.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep Bandroom running well, but we provide it “as is” and can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change, or remove features as the product develops, and we may update or discontinue parts of the service.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Bandroom is not liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from your use of the service. This does not limit any rights you have that cannot legally be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Bandroom develops. We will change the “last updated” date above when we do, and continued use of Bandroom means you accept the current terms.
